Madini dictate terms over Oljoro in SDL

With such results, Madini SC have completed the SD L’s round with 13 points, after playing five matches, winning four and drawing one game. They are yet to concede a defeat. Their closest nemesis the JKT Oljoro have notched 12 points after winning four matches and losing a single game.
Madini Sports Club scored their goals through John Emmanuel (Macho) who netted the opener in the 41st minute of the game. The Madini striker, Bakari Kigodeko, added the second goal for Madini through a penalty kick awarded to the team by the referee after he was fouled in the pitch danger zone.
He converted a spot kick in the 60th minute. Oljoro JKT team also scored their consolation goal through a penalty kick but their player Swalehe Idd squandered the chance.
It took another penalty kick for the JKT Oljoro Boys to earn their consolation goal in the 81st minute, through Idd Swalehe. Despite winning the game, Madini lodged complaints through their coach, Abdallah Juma, who claimed the referees were favouring the Oljoro team by giving them a dubious goal.
“Our team played quite well, but we encountered many stumbling blocks forced by the umpires who were clearly out to see Oljoro win, but by God’s grace we managed to come out with victory,” he said.
The Second Round of the SDL the Goup B’ fixture, is expected to start on the New Year’s eve, December 31, 2016 when Madini play Kitayosa FC of Kilimanjaro in Moshi. Oljoro JKT, however admitted defeat, citing a number of wrong moves from their side. The team’s head coach, Emanuel Massawe said their focus after the defeat are matches of the second round which he said would be even more challenging.
